Is the membership suitable for all equestrians, regardless of discipline?Yes! Our membership is designed for equestrians of all levels and FEI disciplines. We provide a mix of supportive, educational and inspiring content to give our members freedom of choice and to relate to where they are at in their grooming journey.

What is EquiHaven, and who is it for?EquiHaven is a holistic platform offering support, resources, and inspiration tailored to the unique lifestyle of grooms and equestrian workers. It is designed for those who work with horses (at any level) and seek skill development, career guidance, and a balanced, fulfilling life.

Are there any live sessions, events, or workshops?There are currently no live sessions, events or workshops. However, we aim to incorporate these concepts in the near future. Watch this space!

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?During the membership period you have selected, upgrades and downgrades are not allowed. But don't worry, all our membership plans offer the same content—however, you receive a discount for paying yearly! At the end of your membership period, you can always switch to a different plan if you like.

Is there a free trial for EquiHaven?At EquiHaven, we don’t offer a free trial—instead, we keep our prices low for life. Our goal is to make our memberships as affordable as possible for our community. Rather than a short 7-day offer, we focus on providing lasting value.

How do I access the content and resources?After choosing your membership plan and receiving your login information, simply click 'Enter Membership Area' in the main menu. Alternatively, go to your personal profile/login in the menu bar, select 'Home,' and you'll access the Membership Area.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. If you choose to cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again. Simply go to your account settings or contact our support team to proceed with the cancellation.
