REFUND & WITHDRAWAL POLICY
1. Digital Courses (Standalone Purchases)
All Courses, including but not limited to the Show Prep Course – Everything You Need to Get Show-Ready and the Plaiting Course – A Step-By-Step Guide, are digital products delivered immediately after purchase.
By completing your purchase and selecting immediate access, you:

expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content, and
-
acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once access has begun.
As a result, no refunds are provided after access has been granted, unless required by mandatory consumer law.
If a verified technical issue prevents access to the Course and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, EquiHaven may issue a refund at its discretion.
2. Membership Subscriptions
Memberships provide access to digital content and community features for the duration of the active subscription period.
Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing a Membership with immediate access to digital content, you:

expressly consent to immediate delivery, and

acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins.
If you purchase a Membership but do not access any digital content and request cancellation within 14 days, EquiHaven will assess refund eligibility in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Membership at any time via your Account settings.
Cancellation:
-
prevents future billing, and
-
does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, unless required by law.
Access remains available until the end of the paid subscription period.
3. Legal Compliance
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights that cannot be limited or excluded under Dutch or EU consumer protection law.
